Q: Why is this change taking place?

A: We know our members expect a great experience across whatever channel they choose to do business with us. This change is designed to improve the phone experience, providing enhanced self-service options, better call routing, secure and easy authentication methods, and more!

Q: What do I need to know regarding this change?

A: When you call our Member Contact Center you will first be greeted by Olive, who can help you with banking transactions and answer your questions. If she can't, she'll route you to someone who can help. With this change, the Touch Tone Teller service is no longer available. However, you can complete the same transactions using your voice.
