Lost or Stolen Debit/Credit Cards

If your GLCU Visa Debit Card is lost or stolen, please contact 866-902-6628.

For your convenience, you can choose to block, temporarily deactivate, or order a new debit card via mobile banking with a simple swipe. Temporary deactivation is especially useful if your card is only briefly misplaced (Think you forgot it at home or in your vehicle? Use this function to avoid permanently deactivating it.) These functions are available in mobile banking under the Card Controls menu option.
