Tips for Having the Best Olive Experience

Olive is constantly learning new skills in an effort to better serve you, however, there are some things you should know to ensure you have the best possible experience: 

  • Reduce background noise as much as possible, including by using your handset or headphones instead of speakerphone
  • Olive does great with short, direct requests. We suggest saying things like "balance" instead of "what is my available balance?" 
  • When sharing your account number with Olive, try listing each number individually as opposed to grouping them together. For example, say "account 1 - 2 - 3 - 4" instead of "account twelve, thirty-four"
  • For numerical entries, you can also use the keypad on your phone instead of speaking
