  • Minimum Credit Score of 620
  • Completion of a first-time home buyer’s class
  • Two forms of ID are required, including an ITIN card and one of the following:
  • Government issued photo ID
  • State ID
  • Passport
  • Visa
  • Matricula Card/Government Mexican ID card
