Chatbot (“GLCUBot”)

Feature available for: Mobile app & Online banking

There are a handful of pre-determined questions the GLCUBot can answer regarding OLB and mobile banking navigation, login resets, how to block a lost/misplaced card, apply for a credit card, info about GCLU, and lots more! Begin asking away.

Biometric Authentication Manager (BAM)

Feature available for: Mobile app only

Speed up the authentication process when you reach out to the GLCU Contact Center with BAM. This feature only works if the member has enabled app push notifications. When you receive the push notification alert like the one below be sure to hit approve. Otherwise, you will have to enable push notifications via the mobile app settings.

User Self-Lock

Feature available for: Mobile app & Online banking

Note: Self-lock is a great preventative feature however, self-locked accounts can only be unlocked by GLCU Contact Center employees.
