Receive all your GLCU statements faster by signing up for our free e-statements. Each month, you will be able to view and print your statements right from your computer or using our mobile app.

ign up for e-statements:

  • You must be an Online Banking user to receive e-statements.
  • If you already use Online Banking but are not signed up to receive e-statements, simply click on the "Settings" tab and then "Opt-In & Time Zone" link to sign up.

Keep in touch with your GLCU accounts with free e-alerts! Set up email and/or text message updates about recent account activity.

e-alerts include:

  • Low Balance
  • Non-sufficient Funds (NSF)
  • Courtesy Pay
  • Overdraw Transfer
  • Specific Check Number
  • Direct Deposit/ACH Received
  • Large Debit or ATM Transaction
  • Loan Payment Due/Made
  • Address Change

To manage your alerts, simply click on the “Message & Alerts” tab in Online Banking and then click on "Manage Alerts". Or use our mobile banking app. It's that simple!

Visa Fraud Text Alerts

Stay informed with Visa® Fraud Text Alerts*. Our Visa® Fraud System helps protect your cards 24/7, by sending a message when a suspicious card transaction takes place.

To opt in follow these steps:

  1. Log in to Online Banking
  2. Select the "Message & Alerts" tab
  3. Select "Manage Alerts" then select your credit card
  4. Select "Visa Fraud Text Alerts"
  5. Check "Yes" to enroll
  6. Enter your cell phone number*
  7. Click submit

By giving us your mobile number, you agree that Fraud Alerts text messaging to notify you of suspected incidents of financial or identity fraud. Release of Liability: Alerts sent via SMS may not be delivered to you if your phone is not in the range of a transmission site, or if sufficient network capacity is not available at a particular time. Even within coverage, factors beyond the control of Verizon and T-Mobile/MetroPCS may interfere with messages delivery for which the carrier is not responsible. T-Mobile/Metro PCS does not guarantee that alerts will be delivered.
