Your mortgage is still with Great Lakes Credit Union. We’re transitioning who services the loan to provide improved support. Payments will continue as usual. For additional assistance with your loan during this transfer, please contact Mortgage Forward at 844-547-0329.

No. This is a servicing change only.
No action is needed right now.
No. Continue paying as you do today. If you make your payment during this period: March 13 thru March 15, there may be a delay in applying your payment due to the transition. We will ensure that your payment is effective dated appropriately.
Existing autopay authorizations are expected to continue. Please note that there will be a blackout for automatic drafts starting 1 business day prior to transfer through the day of transfer.
