All kidding aside, hello again, I am Steve Bugg, President and CEO of Great Lakes Credit Union back to share the new and exciting changes we have made to your credit union.
In the last video, I talked about what you can expect from Great Lakes Credit Union, I guaranteed we would always put you, our member, first. If you have a minute I would like to update you on what we have accomplished so far to keep my promise.
Based on your feedback, beginning July 16, we extended our call center hours and reopened select branches on Wednesdays.
The Call and Loan Centers will open at 8:30 a.m. Monday through Friday and close at 6:00 p.m. and on Saturdays, both call centers will close at 2:00 p.m.
Additionally, our lobby and drive thrus at the Bolingbrook, Country Club Hills, North Chicago, Crystal Lake and Waukegan branches are now open for a full day of business on Wednesdays.
We hope you will take advantage of the extended hours of both our call centers and branches.
