Call Center Representative Bilingual English / Spanish

North Chicago, IL

Hours: Part Time 30-35 Hours per week

Functions:

  • Responds to member inquiries and requests by telephone, providing high quality member service concerning accounts, shares, loans and transactions.
  • Takes membership requests such as opening new accounts, add/or remove joint, name change, etc.
  • Maintains or exceeds established sales and service goals.   
  • Provides prompt, efficient and courteous service to members.
$150 Sign on bonus for Bilingual English / Spanish




Requirements:

  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of financial products and services.
  • Minimum of 6 months customer service/sales experience, preferably in a credit union or bank.
  • Strong interpersonal and telephone sales skills.
  • The ability to work independently, knowledge of Windows-based computer programs and demonstrated excellent customer services skills.
  • Bilingual English / Spanish required
