Call Center Representative North Chicago, ILHours: Full –Time and Part-Time positions available
Primary Duties: -
Responds to member inquiries and requests by telephone, providing high quality member service concerning accounts, shares, loans and transactions. -
Takes membership requests such as opening new accounts, add/or remove joint, name change, etc. -
Maintains or exceeds established sales and service goals. -
Provides prompt, efficient and courteous service to members.
$150 Sign on bonus for Bilingual English / Spanish
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
-
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent. -
Knowledge of financial products and services. -
Minimum of 6 months customer service/sales experience, preferably in a credit union or bank. -
Strong interpersonal and telephone sales skills. -
The ability to work independently, knowledge of Windows-based computer programs and demonstrated excellent customer services skills. -
