Recruitment and Benefits CoordinatorNorth Chicago, IL Primary Duties:
This is an excellent entry level, developmental opportunity, located at our Main Branch in North Chicago.

Perform all staffing and recruiting activities. -
Coordinate employee benefits program. -
Audit all HR/PR file maintenance and payroll processing. -
Perform back up payroll processing (Ceridian HR/PR.) -
Provide assistance with training function.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
-
Bachelors Degree with HR-related major and internship OR a minimum of two years experience in recruitment and/or benefits coordination -
Excellent written and oral communications skills -
Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher. -
