Recruitment and Benefits Coordinator

North Chicago, IL

Primary Duties:

This is an excellent entry level, developmental opportunity, located at our Main Branch in North Chicago.


  • Perform all staffing and recruiting activities.
  • Coordinate employee benefits program.
  • Audit all HR/PR file maintenance and payroll processing.
  • Perform back up payroll processing (Ceridian HR/PR.)
  • Provide assistance with training function.


Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Bachelors Degree with HR-related major and internship OR a minimum of two years experience in recruitment and/or benefits coordination
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills
  • Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher.
  • Experience using HRIS and automated time sheet and payroll systems, preferably Ceridian.
