Branch ReceptionistNorth Chicago, ILPrimary Duties:

Greets all visitors and identifies their needs and helps direct them to the appropriate person or department. -
Answers members’ basic account questions. -
Processes check orders, verifies deposit requests, prints account transaction histories, and prepares statement copies. -
Cross sells GLCU products and services at every opportunity, maintaining favorable member relations. -
Creates and maintains a friendly environment and ensures prompt, efficient and courteous service to members while remaining alert and observant to surrounding to identify and report any suspicious activity.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Ability to follow complex written and verbal instructions. -
Knowledge of financial products and services. -
Excellent customer service skills. -
Ability to work with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. -
Excellent oral and written communication skills. -
Bilingual Spanish/English preferred, but not required.
