Primary Duties:

Receives and processes member transactions. -
Cross sells GLCU products and services at every opportunity, maintaining favorable member relations. -
Creates and maintains a friendly environment and ensures prompt, efficient and courteous service to members.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Must have cash handling experience, excellent customer service skills and attention to detail and accuracy. -
Ability to work with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. -
Excellent oral and written communication skills. Positions listed are subject to change at any time at discretion of Great Lakes Credit Union.. Successful applicant must pass criminal record and credit check.
