Dear GLCU WebConnect User,
In compliance with FFIEC guidelines regarding online bank security, Great Lakes Credit Union (GLCU) needs to re-establish your WebConnect security questions. You will be asked to answer new security questions regarding your WebConnect login. In addition, GLCU will be asking you to provide a phone number for an additional layer of online banking security.
GLCU will begin implementing this process on January 4th, 2012. In order to better handle the potential increase in calls to our Call Center during this process we will only implement the change to 25% of our WebConnect user’s at a time in 2-week intervals.
Therefore, at some time during the next few weeks, after you login to WebConnect, you will be prompted to update your security questions. Please follow the instructions on the screen. After you have established your security questions and entered your phone number you will have access to your WebConnect accounts.
Please note… this is simply an added level of security to protect your online accounts.
